 We have made our return and exchange policy simple and hassle-free. Now, you can file for a return or exchange of the product within 7 days of the product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Which Product is eligible for Return & Exchange?

The timeline for Return & Exchange is 7 days after the product is purchased and every product is eligible for the Return & Exchange. Although, the product will not be returned or exchanged if the product is damaged by the end customer, is used by the end customer, or washed by the customer. Product once exchanged will not be returned.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Free Exchanges !!

We accept exchanges without any cost. This means that you won't be charged extra While applying for an exchange.

But if the product is discounted or in any promotional offer then Reverse Freight Charges of 150 will apply!

What If I want to get my product exchanged twice?

Yes, you can get your product exchanged twice but this will come at a cost. We will get your product exchanged at a flat fee of Rs.150. One of our team members will reach out to send a payment link. 

 

How do I apply for the Return & Exchange??

 Keep your details handy such as Order no, Your name, and WhatsApp us at 7049696969 and the rest will be done by our team.

 

Do you Guarantee Money Back??

Yes, If you fulfill the eligibility criteria the money will be transferred to your bank account within 6-7 working days.

 Note: We have a 100% refund policy. However, Rs.150 will be deducted as Returned Handling Charges. 

 

What about cancellations??

Once the order is shipped through our courier partner it becomes difficult for us to cancel the order. In this scenario, we request you to accept the order by paying the full amount. You can apply for a return within 7 days of the product being delivered. Only in case of prepayment & before your order has been shipped!

 

Damages & Issues

Please connect to our customer service if you receive a product without tags. We request you to not accept the delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

What If the Received product is a damaged / void packet or the order received is impartial?

 Kindly reach us on our WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery If you are facing any of these issues or any other issue. No claim will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.

We may ask you for a short description of the issue (A few questions will be asked). We may ask you for a snapshot of the product and images. Our time to investigate the case is 3-4 working days.

Please note that we don’t issue cash refunds in any of these cases. Only store credit is available in these scenarios.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the case of COD orders, only replacement is possible. No returns will be entertained & No Refund will be Provided!
